Drywalk Salon

I love Drywalk! First, they use Dyson dryers so it is faster and smoother than Drybar. Online booking is convenient too. Second, they helped me with my hair after I had some temporary medical issues that made it hard to do myself. I felt respected and cared for during a difficult time. Third, they saw me last minute to help me with my little girls for haircuts and styling on a day the schools were closed. They were so kind with my girls and turned it into a whole experience. It isn’t cheap but you can save with a package or membership. It’s nice to have this option for special occasions and they do so much more than just blowouts. Thanks!

I got my highlights done at Drywalk this morning and as always I had an amazing experience. My stylist Kimberley was excellent, she asked about my needs and did a fantastic job and my hair looks beautiful. I come to this salon once a week to have my hair blow out and styled and I look like a million bucks every time. I’m on camera every day, so I have to look fabulous at all times. Michelle, the owner and the rest of her staff are extremely skilled, friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. The Salon itself is gorgeous and I love going there. Thanks Michelle for keeping my hair looking beautiful at all times!

Average experience, truly. Started about 20 minutes late, even though I had originally called and asked for a later time and they said I HAD to be on time and couldn’t offer flexibility. The shampoo experience was subpar and I hated the smell of the products they use (not sure what brand). The service was just ok. My stylist was friendly but no one else at the salon was. High attitude, including from the owner. I wasn’t impressed.

They did my hair and makeup for my wedding day and were so reasonably priced with exceptional work. My hair and makeup stayed intact from the morning before the wedding until through the afterparty until around midnight. I would like to note I wanted the messy bun look but below is also the image of it just pulled to the side with the pony tail in the practice visit prior to the wedding. I have had my hair done there multiple times by different people for just blow outs or other updos and they always do a great job.

The new owner Michelle isn’t professional. She argues with customers and is running the company to the ground. The cancelation policy is terrible. You’ll get charged if you cancel before or after 24rs to the appointment. The former owners this place ran it well and this used to be my go to hair salon. All the employees left to Drybar. I no longer will support this local business.
